Request a Gate Reservation (Required for Terminal Service)

1. Send an email to eqpt-drop@hcterminal.com for equipment drop-off, or eqpt-pickup@hcterminal.com for equipment pickup with the following information

• Trucking Company Name:

• Equipment Owner Name:

• Equipment/Release Number:

• Equipment Size:

• Equipment Type:

• Preferred Date / Time:

* Release number is required for pickups.

2. When a confirmation HCT Reservation number is received, please share that with your driver so that your driver can show it to our gate security team.
